Land at a size of 50 Rai, corresponding to 80,000 sqm or 8 ha [1 Rai = 1,600 sqm] were made available to us. On that land some prospecting had already been carried out.

However, without a sufficient amount of capital to cover up-front investment costs seizing that opportunity would be a challenge and might turn out to be difficult for quite a long time.

All gains resulting from ongoing operations have to be re-invested and if the gains are insufficient these operations will suffer discontinuities or stop altogether.

To avoid that scenario we have to take a different approach. Taking this kind of approach we are going to keep big investors out of the project. After all, we are socially responsible, recruiting our workforce solely from Thailand’s rural areas. Child labor will not be tolerated and under aged workers will only be employed with fair pay rates from an age of 15 years onward.
